Goodwill’s Board of Directors Elects Two New Officers, Three New Members

JOHNSTOWN, PA, April 2, 2013 — Goodwill of the Southern Alleghenies.’s Board of Directors elected two new officers and three new members at its annual meeting in March at the agency’s headquarters in Moxham.

Current board member Christine Oldham, Ed.D., Superintendent of Ligonier Valley School District, was elected as the new Chairperson, filling the vacancy by outgoing member Steven Matthews, Sales Consultant for SupplySource Office Interiors after serving back-to-back three-year terms. Current board member Francis Fregly, Education Director of Johnstown Area Heritage Association was elected as the new Vice-Chairperson, filling the vacancy of outgoing member Glenn Miller, Jr., President of VCS Group, Inc. who also served back-to-back three-year terms. The three new members are Dave Crichton, President of Minahan Sign Company; Mike Hruska, President & CEO of Problem Solutions; and G. Gary Moyer, Executive Director of the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art.

Completing Goodwill’s Board of Directors are Douglas Oakley, Sales Agent for Coldwell Banker Prestige Realty as Treasurer; Paul Sheesley, Vice-President of Frank M. Sheesley Company as Secretary; Daniel Lenzi, CPA of the Lenzi Group, LLC; Scott Little, D.D.S. of Allegheny Orthodontic Associates; and Kurt Nilson, Esquire, Attorney at Law.
