Torledsky Appointed Vice-President of Workforce Development Emeritus
Horwath Promoted to Vice-President of Mission Services

JOHNSTOWN, PA, March 2, 2017—Goodwill of the Southern Alleghenies has announced that after nearly 22 years of dedicated and diligent service to Goodwill and the people it serves, Ann Torledsky, Vice-President for Workforce Development has been appointed to Vice-President of Workforce Development Emeritus effective March 1, 2017.

Torledsky will shift all divisional leadership responsibilities to Amy Horwath, who has been promoted from Assistant Vice-President of Workforce Development to Vice-President of Mission Services also effective March 1.

Horwath joined Goodwill in September 2016. Under the leadership of Torledsky, she has had the opportunity to learn and enhance internal processes while promoting Goodwill and its mission in the community. In her new role, Horwath will take over all leadership responsibilities for workforce development and related services. Torledsky will continue to mentor and support her over the next few months on a part-time basis.
